Regular Ground orders received after 12:00pm EST or Next Day Express orders received after 2:00pm EST will be shipped out on the following business day (Shipping is Monday - Friday only).

For Regular Ground Service (S & H $19.95) , estimate about 3-6 business days for delivery.

For Next Day Express Service (S & H $39.95), weather permitting, delivery will be at the very latest by 7:00pm (local delivery time) the next business day.

Please note that at the sole discretion of the delivery carrier, a package may not be left unattended at an address where no one is available to receive it. In such event, we cannot be held responsible for ANY reimbursement of shipping and handling charges when such delivery attempt was timely made pursuant to your order. Similarly applies if you gave authorization for "waiver of signature" to be signed prior to shipment (document in our records) or a note is left on your door at the time of delivery. Conversely, if the package is left unattended at an address where no one is available and the package is lost or stolen, we can not be held responsible for the item and related shipping charges provided that our delivery carrier can provide specific confirmation, in writing, that the package was delivered to the proper shipping address.

Our company does not ship outside the U.S. We would be happy to ship the device to a friend or relative of yours in the United States who would be willing to ship it to you. In such event, you may need to use the local country electrical adapter.
