The SleepTight Infant Soother is Pediatrician Tested / Recommended!The satisfactory testing of the SleepTight ® Infant Soother involved the cooperation of 27 pediatricians in the Columbus, Ohio area who referred many of their colicky diagnosed patients to our colic study. Several faculty members at the Ohio State University and at Columbia University were an integral part of this study.The results showed that 85% of the colicky infants tested stopped crying in an average of 4 minutes. (For more specific results on our study, please click on Section 1. Effectiveness.) The testing was conducted over a 3-year period under a large grant from the National Institutes of Health. Ross Laboratories, a division of Abbott Labs, (well-respected makers of Similac ® and Isomil ®) originally introduced and recommended the SleepTight ® Infant Soother to over 24,000 pediatricians in the U.S. under a Distribution Agreement with SleepTight ® Infant Soother.
